Can I get a copy of the original photos without watermarks?
Of course, this is something we offer to all of our clients.
We provide you with a dropbox link with the edited, full resolution images after the event. These images do not have our watermark on them and are suitable for printing.
When will receive our photos?
Step 1. Our standard process involves going through the entire album and flagging our favourite 50 or so photos. These images are then edited as a priority and uploaded to our facebook page - we aim to have this up and online within 3-5 business days.
Step 2. During this time we then go back and edit all of the remaining images. These images are provided to you without watermarks at full resolution and then uploaded to our dropbox account. The link is then shared with you for you to do as you please. We aim to have this link sent across within 1-2 weeks.
Step 3. If any further retouching is required by you we are happy to assist - any tweaks, colour changes, crops etc. we will do it all to ensure you are completely satisfied with what you have received.
How many photos will I receive?
It depends on your event. We capture intimate dinners, massive gala’s, corporate conferences to your typical birthday party, it’s almost impossible for us to give clients a set number of photos.
However we believe benchmark guide would be approximately 100 photos per hour.
How many hours do I need for my event?
Up to 60 Guests - 2 hours (minimum)
Up to 150 Guests - 3 hours
Over 150 Guests - 4 + hours

We understand that many people want requests, and after booking the event in, we will ask for any song requests, from there we can prepare a suitable tracklist of songs that you specifically love incorporated throughout.
Terms of Service:
1. We require a $100 Non-refundable booking fee for all events, due at the time our invoice is sent through to you. The full balance is required to have been processed prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Once the booking form and deposit has been made to secure a booking, the booking will be deemed ‘locked in’.
3. Any rescheduling of the bookings due to the customer will incur a 50% rebooking fee.
4. It is the hirer's responsibility to provide a safe, suitable working environment for staff. We reserve the right to withdraw our services should there be any risk to the personal safety of our staff.
5. The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to any of our equipment caused by any person (except our own staff) at the event. Any relevant repair costs and losses will be the responsibility of the hirer.
6. 72 hour Notice is required to receive a partial refund should the event be terminated for any reason.
